If you use our integration for Slack (Tiliter Vision Agent):
- We may access and temporarily store images or metadata from messages, channels, or threads where the bot is triggered.
- These images are stored securely for the purpose of running Vision AI analysis and delivering results within Slack.
- Stored data is retained only as long as needed to support processing, debugging, or result access — and is automatically deleted after a defined period.
- We do not share any Slack data (images, content, or metadata) with third parties.
- We do not store full Slack messages or personal user information unless explicitly required for support or error tracking.
6. International users
If you are located in the EU or UK, we process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled lawfully.
